Russell Ball is Chief Executive Officer of Wind River Holdings®, a private investment company, which acquires and grows businesses in partnership with management. These companies include Philadelphia Mixing Solutions (agitators for the water treatment and chemical industries); Samson Rope Technologies (the market leader in high performance cordage); Goddard Systems, Inc. (franchised child care centers); and First Service Networks (provider of facilities maintenance services).

Previous to his current position, Mr. Ball was involved in the growth and divestiture of a variety of businesses. He earned his BA from Harvard University and MBA from Pennsylvania State University.
