Paul J. Peterson
Corporate Controller

Paul Peterson has served as the Corporate Controller at Wind River Holdings since 2004. Mr. Peterson’s responsibilities include managing the financial reporting, accounting and treasury functions. He also oversees a multi-faceted financial analysis function tasked with evaluating the performance of the Company’s existing investments as well as examining its new business opportunities.

Mr. Peterson joined Wind River in 1997 as a financial analyst and has been involved in diverse aspects of the Company’s business including mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting, internal audit and ad hoc analysis. He began his career as a senior auditor in the business assurance department at Coopers & Lybrand, a national CPA firm.

Mr. Peterson received a B.S. in Accounting from Villanova University in 1995 and achieved his CPA designation in 1997. He is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants. Married, with two children, he resides in Phoenixville, PA and enjoys spending time with family, biking and golfing.
