 Timothy J. Dwyer
Chief Financial Officer
Timothy Dwyer serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Wind River Holdings®. Mr. Dwyer’s primary responsibilities include overseeing the finance, accounting and treasury functions of Wind River Holdings. Mr. Dwyer also participates in Wind River’s Investment, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Benefits committees.
Prior to joining Wind River in 2001, Mr. Dwyer served in a variety of finance and accounting positions at United National Insurance Company (1998-2001), most recently as Senior Vice President-Corporate Development. Prior to that, Mr. Dwyer worked for Reliance Insurance Company (1987-1998) in various accounting positions, most recently as Assistant Vice President-Investment, Accounting and Treasury Services. Mr. Dwyer began his career in 1985 as a member of the auditing department of Touche Ross and Company, a national CPA firm.
Mr. Dwyer received a B.S. in Accounting from St. Joseph’s University in 1985 and achieved his CPA designation in 1987. Mr. Dwyer is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants. Married with three children, he resides in Exton, PA and enjoys spending time with his family, golfing and running.
