Goddard Systems, Inc. is Wind River Holdings, L.P.’s franchise platform. Goddard is the franchisor of The Goddard School^® for Early Childhood Development, a national chain of private preschool childcare centers. Goddard currently has over 320 schools in operation and new schools are opening at a rate of 50 per year. Approximately 100 prospective franchisees have been qualified, paid an initial deposit, and are working to select a site to open a new school. Goddard’s acquisition was completed in March 2002.
