Goddard Systems, Inc. (GSI) is Wind River Holdings, L.P.’s franchise platform. GSI is the franchisor of The Goddard School® for Early Childhood Development, a national chain of private preschool educational childcare centers. GSI currently has over 360 schools in operation with approximately 100 prospective franchisees who have been qualified, paid an initial deposit, and are working to select a site to open a new school. Wind River’s acquisition of GSI was completed in March 2002.
